The 25th of April is the most beautiful day in Portugal. A celebration of the peaceful coup that overthrew the authoritarian regime in 1974, known as the Carnation Revolution. A date that carries memory in it - of voices, of struggles, of silence giving way and of small gestures. This year, on Saturday, April 25th, we come together to celebrate. Not only what happened, but what still resonates.
An evening shaped by sound, word, and shared memory: a live fado performance by António Syder Queiroz. Readings by Lou Vives, António Manso Preto, and Gonçalo Albergaria. Throughout the night, dj MJ shapes the atmosphere, carrying us between moments.
In the kitchen, Tomás Syder Queiroz returns with a Portuguese-inspired menu—familiar dishes, reimagined, rooted in tradition yet shaped by distance and time. From Lisbon, to Berlin, to Amsterdam, this night brings together Portuguese artists across places and mediums, meeting in the same space to share something together once again.
