Beans from the North of Portugal, old preservation techniques and personal takes on Portuguese classics shaped the base for Tomás’s new visit to murmur. Late-summer vegetables meet the first signs of autumn, with fish, beans, cabbage, herbs and apples brought together through familiar Portuguese gestures and a few things picked up along the way. Bright, smoky, generous food, made for the table and meant to be shared.
