For their fourth time at Murmur, Tomás returns with a menu inspired by the Portuguese churrasqueira — an evening spent around the barbecue. A style of cooking that celebrates simplicity, patience, and the pleasure of eating.

With fire at its core, the menu draws on memories and images of Portuguese summers. Chicken, pork and vegetables are cooked over hot coals, often served with little more than bread, salad, and a cold drink alongside.

As spring gives way to summer, the season offers produce that shines when treated simply and served fresh. Bright salads, vibrant sauces, and colourful pickles bring contrast to the grill, balancing smoke and richness with freshness and acidity.

A menu that embraces the heat, celebrates the season, and makes the most of what summer has to offer.
