Crud Kitchen was born from a desire to bring people together and explore the world through food. Each pop-up draws inspiration from dishes, flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques from across the globe—bringing them together in playful, unexpected ways. We believe that food has never respected borders—and neither should a good menu.

Sharing food, recipes, and the stories behind them is an intimate act. At a time when the world can feel increasingly divided, Crud Kitchen aims to showcase that people and cultures have always been interconnected. Ingredients travel, recipes evolve, and techniques cross borders, creating new traditions along the way.

Every dinner is an invitation to gather around the table, try something unfamiliar, and experience the world one playful plate at a time.

For this particular edition, coinciding with World Pride, the theme will be "Eat the Rainbow". It's a loud, playful celebration of diversity in all its shapes, forms, identities, and orientations. Expect a table full of color and unexpected combinations.
